Human Resources...the centre of your business!
The term :Human Resources" conjures up images of beings or aliens from another planet and maybe this is how we should see this resource center, if for no other reason than, it is clear society has created a job description and an employment area that befits the times we live in.
In the 1960’s, 70’s, 80’s Career Offices, Man Power Centers and even Employment offices were the order of the day. The people that ran such departments were considered pen pushers, revered in much the same way as an officer or member of the supplies department. My, oh my how times have change. Regarded today as amongst the most important departments of any organization the position now has a compensation package equal to its stature.
